On September 13, coinciding with International Chocolate Day, the presentation of the sixth edition of the International Chocolate Show took place at the Gastronomic Research Center . On November 3, 4 and 5, 2023, ChocoMad will return to the capital and will be located in the Convention Pavilion of the Casa de Campo Fairgrounds, next to Madrid Río Park.

The event was presented by Justo Almendrote , master chocolatier and Guinness record holder for having created the longest chocolate mosaic in the world.
